RETURNS POLICY


RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return items free of charge within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We do NOT accept returns on sale items, items purchased during a promotional period or items that have been specially customized from the standard design for your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• We currently do not offer exchanges, a refund against your original payment method will be processed upon receiving your return. If you wish to receive a different size, you will need to place a new order via the website.
• We will not accept any items if they are: worn, washed, altered, snagged, ripped, stained, have any distinct odors, or have any other damages. 
• If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

RETURN PROCEDURES
To facilitate the return of an item you’ve purchased, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Email info@statementclothingwithpurpose.com with ‘Return Request’ and your name as the subject of your email. You will also need to include the name on the order, your order number, the item(s) you are returning and the reason for return.

2. Upon receiving your Return authorization number from our customer service team, pack the product with suitable packaging materials. Ensure that your return includes merchandise in its original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and affix the return label to your return.

*We are not responsible for lost returns. Please remember to obtain and keep your postage receipt in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@statementclothingwithpurpose.com and send your defective item to: Statement!
